During the UN Women Conference in Migori County, our Founder, Hon Rahab Robi, represented the Rahab Robi Foundation as part of the 16 Days of Activism, organized by the Mama Agnes Ochilo Foundation, Department of Gender, and the Office of the Women Representative. The event was graced by Hon. Fatuma Mohammed as the Chief Guest, and it was an inspiring and informative occasion.
At Rahab Robi Foundation, we are committed to continuing the fight against the triple threats of HIV/AIDS, GBV, and child marriage/early pregnancy. We are also dedicated to advocating for gender equality and women’s rights in our community. The conference provided a platform to discuss these important issues and to collaborate with other organizations and leaders in the field.
In addition to our advocacy work, we also focus on women’s socio-economic empowerment and mentorship. We believe that by providing women with the tools and resources they need to succeed, we can create positive change in our community and beyond.
We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a meaningful event and look forward to continuing our efforts to empower women and promote gender equality. Thank you to all who support our mission, and we are excited about the future impact we can make together.
